Back to the Stone Age
by Jake Saunders

Click to Enter

Largely retired from writing now, Jake "Buddy" Saunders was a familiar name among Texas- based speculative fiction writers in the 1970s. Best-known for his 1974 collaborative novel with Howard Waldrop The Texas-Israeli War: 1999, Saunders currently operates Lone Star Comics, a chain of eight comic book shops in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

In the haunting story that follows, Saunders shows how sometimes there are no good options among the evil choices war presents us with.
