There Is . . . Another . . . Skywalker! (er, Crowe)

No, this isn't a sarcastic sci-fi news tidbit. Sorry. More of that later. I'm appropriating this space for purely personal, non-sci-fi purposes. Ordinarily we don't do much of that, but hey, I own this Web site and I say this time it's okay.

Our own Joe Crowe, news and humor editor for RevolutionSF, had a baby girl today, May 5, a little after 4:00 PM. Baby and mom and even Joe are doing fine.

Actually Joe's wife Stefanie did most of the having of the baby, but I understand Joe was involved at several important stages along the way.

As some of you old-timers may recall, Joe and I founded Zealot.com together, and we launched RevolutionSF together when Zealot's parent company went under. In many ways he's the voice of RevolutionSF. And he's been one of my best friends for several years.

I hope you'll join me in wishing him and his family well.

There, now I'm done and you can get back to making fun of the Sci-Fi Channel. Was that so freaking hard? I swear, sometimes it's nothing but complaints around here. . . .
Shane Ivey does stuff at RevolutionSF and Arc Dream Publishing.
