Trailer Probe : The People vs. George Lucas
© Joe Crowe
February 24, 2009

Trailer Probe rates nerd-related movie trailers. We consider in a totally scientific manner the geek explosion content, how much the trailer combusts our cortex with a volley of geekitude, and dork disengagement level, reasons you won't dig the nerd-related movie trailer in question.

The People vs. George Lucas

Geek explosion content: Discussions of the merits of George Lucas and Star Wars are fun for about four seconds, but then someone apologizes for Lucas, then someone else calls for his assassination, then someone else says the first guy sucks.

My favorite part: It has the funny, funny song "George Lucas Raped Our Childhood" by Hot Waffles. Awesome.

Dork disengagement level: The dork disengagement level comes standard here. The trailer is funny, but it's not for you if it makes you mad.

Geek explosion level: 900,000 geek parts per million.
