Sci-Fi TV Not Canceled: The Listener
This show was on and off so quickly I had no idea it was ever on. The Listener
was apparently on NBC about a telepathic paramedic. Then they canceled it. But now it's renewed for a second season
by its Canadian makers.
They'll make it for the rest of the world, but not the U.S. "We don't need a U.S. outlet for now," they said. Give us hell, Canada!
Starbuck Tries To Explain
In this interview
on Sci Fi Wire, Katee Sackhoff mostly talks about her new job at 24
, which will be neat, because it's fun when actors you like can put a roof over their heads. Speaking of that, she also was on Big Bang Theory
, playing a masturbation fantasy. My lawyers have asked that I refrain from comment.
At the end of the interview, she tries to explain what she thinks happened to Starbuck at the end of Battlestar Galactica. And she tells a funny story about Edward James Olmos and nudity. Good times.
Lost Will Only Explain What They Say They Were Trying To Explain
The makers of Lost
say they will answer
all the dilemmas they made up. But they won't promise to answer all the questions the fans decided were questions. Damon Lindelof said, "I think that there are some Lost mysteries that we're not even aware are mysteries."
That is an excellent excuse! That makes it totally easy. They could dodge every question in the whole show. Genius.
"Did Juliet die when the bomb went off?"
"We answered that."
No you didn't."
"Yes, we did."
